Somehow when I booked the trip I entered one persons weight and either the computer accidentally duplicated that weight for the 2nd person or I did but it was 50+ lb overage so one of us couldnt go on the tour but the staff accomodated us as best as they could and tried to help make things right for us. The group that did get to go said it was very good and would highly tecommend it and this tour company.
Excellent flight! Pilot Marcus was very kind and informative. He was sure to loop us around so that everyone in the helicopter was able to enjoy the view, regardless of the side they were seated on. 10/10, would absolutely do again!
My family experienced a Blue Hawaiian helicopter tour of Oahu yesterday and it was spectacular. Nikki, our helicopter pilot, was phenomenal and very knowledgeable about the history of the island. We had a fantastic experience and the whole family really enjoyed it, especially the kids. Our pilot, James, was excellent. He was not only a great pilot and gave us a very smooth and comfortable ride, but was also a wonderful guide, sharing lots of interesting information and patiently answering all of our questions along the way. The scenery was spectacular and it was definitely one of the highlights of our Hawaii trip. A special mention also to Chloe, their lovely dog at the office, who was a huge hit with the kids! Highly recommended.
