Firstly the customer service is faultless as was our pilot. Having been fortunate enough to have done many helicopter tours inc throughout Hawaii, the North Shore tour is a little pricey for the trip and time. That said it is a great experience.
The 50 minute tour showed us so many wonderful and beautiful places that you would never see if you didn’t take this tour. Our pilot Sarah did great as a tour guide and pilot. So much fun!
My family and I had a spectacular experience flying with Blue Hawaiian Helicopters today; many thanks to the staff, and especially to the pilot, Nicky—who was very kind, professional, and highly skilled.
