Very professional first class experience!

What an incredible experience! Tim was so knowledgeable and well spoken and made the trip so enjoyable with his stories and anecdotes. If you have the means, it’s an absolute must!

Benson was an incredible pilot and tour guide. The trip was exceptional - I’ve never experienced anything like that in my life. Truly one of a kind experience with a professional company and pilot.

Our pilot, Alex, was great and attentive. We had a very smooth and enjoyable flight. Alex noticed breaching whales and made sure we got a great view of them. Highly recommended.

Great weather, great trip and Pete was a terrific pilot - gave us a good lay of the land and it was a very steady ride for a helicopter! Fascinating to see parts of Hawaii that you can’t see any other way. Amazing trip - thanks!

The best way to see the most of the island in the least amount of time. Pilot was informative, and taught us lots of historical facts about the islands we visited.

We had an awesome flight over Kauai! Paid the extra money for the 2 front seats and it was totally worth it! Our guide was giving us the most interesting information on every part of the trip. We got the thumb drive of our journey and have watched it a few times since, and have showed it to many friends as well. We took a trip from Hilo 2 years ago and it was also amazing. They were very accommodating as there was a nasty rain storm on the day we were supposed to fly, so they re-booked us for another day when the weather was better. That was also an awesome flight! Over the volcano and a lot of other waterfalls that looked beautiful. We have suggested Blue Hawaiian to multiple people, and will fly with them again if we go to Maui or Oahu.

All I can say is WOW! We opted for the Hilo Waterfall Experience and it did not disappoint! Our customer service agent, Miriam, helped us book over the phone with ease. She was incredibly knowledgeable regarding the various tours the company offers and answered any additional questions we had! Our captain, David (Chewy) provided us with information throughout the tour, but also allowed us to ask questions through our headsets or simply take the beauty of the island in silence. A 15 minute flight up the coast took us to lush valleys with roaring waterfalls that are only accessible by helicopter. This was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish!

The trip was absolutely amazing! We saw a humpback whale, a volcanic eruption, and so many awesome sights! Our pilot Matt was the best! Would definitely recommend!!

We were a bit nervous about our first helicopter ride, but so glad we decided to go. Had a fantastic time and saw parts of Kauai that we could not have seen otherwise. Alex our pilot was very engaging and gave us a great tour of the island.

From beginning to end this experience was nothing less than fabulous. Reception and sign in was quick and efficient. The safety briefing was effective and informative. The helicopter was expensive with amazing views from all seats. Isaiah, our captain, was a skilled pilot and from the first moment on board set everyone at ease. I have flown this island on several occasions in the past utilizing other helicopter services. After my experience with Blue Hawaiian, I will never go back to another. I would certainly have purchased the video if it was more reasonably priced. Cut the cost in half and sell more is my recommendation
