Awesome , well worth the cost! 🤙

The people are friendly and professional and also a little funny to keep things lite. This is a must do if you come to Kauai.

An experience I will never forget. The views were stunning with multiple whale and dolphin sightings. Kaj was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and made us extremely comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

JAW ON THE FLOOR WE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME! Kaj our pilot was unbelievable he was so incredible the entire journey is one of the best things I’ve ever done in my life and we travel a lot. My 4 year old came with and absolutely loved it and Kaj did such a great job every detail was next level!!!!!!!!!! DO THIS ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY

It was a fantastic experience! The Princeville location was very convenient since we were staying on the north shore. Both the ground crew and the pilot were professional and efficient and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Definately a fun experience but chances are one of you will be in a middle seat. Also the flight time was shorter than advertised, we were in the air maybe 30 mins

What an incredible experience! I don't know another way to access and appreciate the beauty and vastness of Mount Wai'ale'ale, Napali coast, Waimea canyon and the many waterfalls except by helicopter. The helicopter ride was so smooth and comfortable with great visibility. Our pilot, Alex, was a fun mix of information and personal anecdotes. I loved every minute, but my favorite part was seeing the whale and her calf as we were cruising the coastline. I also appreciated the pictures and video taken by the crew and helicopter to add to my own. There were some hiccups, but I felt Blue Hawaiian was very professional and responsive in addressing them. For example, our flight was cancelled due to weather. Greg, in particular, worked diligently to get us rescheduled. We had upgraded to the front seats but did not get them on the rescheduled flight. Our refund was already processed by the time we returned from our tour. We purchased the video and pictures taken by the crew and helicopter. The pictures of us in the helicopter were missing on the flash drive. One email and we received the missing photos. I originally scheduled the tour through TripAdvisor/Viator. I did not receive any communication leading up to the tour. I contacted Blue Hawaiian directly, had my first interaction with Greg who answered all my questions and made sure I received direct communication from then on. The trip description on TripAdvisor is not accurate. It mentioned flying over Poipu and descending into a crater. These did not happen. If I had it to do over, I would book through Blue Hawaiian directly. This was a big ticket item during our vacation, but I felt it was worth it. I would highly recommend to anyone able to do it and would not hesitate to take another trip with Blue Hawaiian.

Would give them 6 stars if I could. We had an exceptional experience. Our pilot, Mike, was awesome! We saw a bunch of whale which was super cold. Mike was great at pointing them out since they were way smaller than we expected. He made sure to rotate which side was able to see them so nobody missed out. The playlist was fire. The staff that worked with us before and after the flight was amazing as well. The safety briefing was informative.
