I happen to be a pilot flying single engine fixed wing aircraft. I’ve never flown in a helicopter before. Our pilot was Matt. He took us up close and personal to sights we would never see from my airplane. His control of the aircraft was masterful…my wife was a little concerned about flying in a helicopter, Matt (doesn’t know this) made her very comfortable (very smooth on the controls). I watched Matt do a very thorough pre-flight on the aircraft. These people took very good care of us. It was our 53rd wedding anniversary…what a treat. Can I go again?

It was our 1st time in a helicopter for my wife and myself. Steve is a great pilot, and made everyone onboard feel at ease. He was communicating with us through a headset the entire time. He was extremely knowledgeable about the location, and shared many things with us. The views from the helicopter in places you can’t get to by a car or boat were breathtaking. I’d highly recommend this tour, company, and more specifically Steve, the pilot. My pictures don’t do it justice as I was in the middle seat not next to the window.

This was an amazing tour yesterday! Beautiful to see the Big Island from a different perspective and to see areas we wouldn’t have been able to see otherwise. The entire staff was incredible. Tour was informative. We would definitely do this again.

We loved every minute of our Maui helicopter tour with Blue Hawaiian! Incredible views that could not be seen any other way. Matt the pilot is awesome! Highly recommend, just do it!

It was an amazing experience, the pilot was great, telling stories and everything about the island. The helicopter was comfortable and not loud. I Totally recommended !

Fantastic views from the oversized windows, friendly staff, knowledgeable and safety-conscious pilot—an extremely low stress and worthwhile experience. In my dozen or so visits to the island, this was one of the best adventures I’ve ever done. 45 minutes was the perfect amount of time for this extremely motion-sick prone person to be in the air without getting too nauseous and still explore all the highlights and majestic beauty of the island. Highly recommend.

This was amazing!! Highly recommend Blue Hawaiian Helicopter for your next in air adventure. Dale was our pilot and he was so funny, my whole family loved him! If you can do a landing…DO IT!

This was an experience of a lifetime! Completely unreal and unbelievable views only accessible by helicopter! You absolutely should book the experience with a landing, as that was jaw dropping to be next to a 600+ foot water fall! Our initial day was cancelled due to weather and we were fortunate to be able to rebook for a later day while on Hawai’i. It is WORTH it! And our pilot was super knowledgeable and funny!

EPIC EXPERIENCE!! Pilot Pete was so knowledgeable and showed us things we never imagined. Pictures and photos don’t do the sightseeing any justice. This is a must do experience!! Worth the cost!!!!

We flew this week with Nicky. She was superb. We had an amazing look around the island and she gave us all the local insights and tips as we went. Well worth it.

Had a great time with Pilot Pete and enjoyed our Molokai and Maui Spectacular Tour!

First helicopter ride-felt safe. Enjoyed the sites of Waimea Canyon and coastline. However our experience did not meet the value for the price paid. Had 2 tall passengers that were over 240 pound weight limit -they were put in front seats, blocked our front view totally. The side view had reflection of the lady’s bare arm with bra strap showing and appeared in all pictures. She also suffered motion sickness during the flight. The trip is videoed and was unable to enjoy watching due to the filming of her sickness. Felt robbed of getting to fully take in the beauty and enjoyment that we were seeking.

The company is amazing 👏 The staff and the pilot James is incredible
