Prior to joining Blue Hawaiian, Koch held the position of Director of Operations for the Hawaiian Islands at United Airlines. In this capacity, he managed all United airport operations in Hawaii, overseeing a workforce of over 1,000 employees. With a tenure of 20 years at United, he also served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Japan, Guam, and Micronesia.

Eric began his aviation career in the US Army flying the CH-47 Chinook and participated in deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Prior to his military service, Eric taught History at the middle school level. Additionally, Eric manages customer experience and employee training at all Blue Hawaiian bases of Operations. Eric is a board member of the Tour Operators Program of Safety (TOPS), a member of the VAI safety committee and a member of the National Parks Overflight Advisory Group (NPOAG). In his spare time, Eric enjoys cross-fit, outrigger canoe paddling and family. He currently lives on the island of Maui and works out of Blue Hawaiian's Maui Base.

Alexa also oversees the Drug and Alcohol program for Blue Hawaiian as the DER.

She led the Supply team in creating, managing and maintaining a supply portfolio of 450+ for the State of Hawaii negotiating and delivering favorable contractual and economic terms. In 2008, Noah joined Blue Hawaiian Helicopters, starting operations on the Big Island. He became Chief Pilot at Hawaii Helicopters in 2015 and returned to lead Blue Hawaiian in 2018, focusing on safety and excellence.
Noah lives on Maui with his wife and children, enjoying their small farm and outdoor activities like archery and exploring the coastline.
