Quentin's goal is to formulate and implement Blue Hawaiian's business plans and strategy, focusing on achieving growth, cost reduction, and enhanced efficiency for the company.

Prior to joining Blue Hawaiian, Koch held the position of Director of Operations for the Hawaiian Islands at United Airlines. In this capacity, he managed all United airport operations in Hawaii, overseeing a workforce of over 1,000 employees. With a tenure of 20 years at United, he also served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Japan, Guam, and Micronesia.

Myra Galinato currently holds the position of Vice President at Blue Hawaiian Activities (BHA), where her main area of concentration lies in business development for the activity division. She places a particular emphasis on acquiring hotels and fostering growth in online sales. Additionally, Myra is responsible for the profit and loss management of BHA.​

Prior to her role at Blue Hawaiian, Myra served as the General Manager of Expedia Local Expert concierge service. In this capacity, she managed operations in the Hawaiian Islands and offered support to the Florida division and international call centers.

As the Director of Revenue Strategy and Finance, Kyu Yi plays a key role in optimizing revenue and profit opportunities at Blue Hawaiian. He was pivotal in the establishment of the Blue Hawaiian Activities division and remains dedicated to exploring new avenues for revenue generation. Under his guidance, Blue has successfully optimized its channel mix and emphasized the efficient utilization of aircraft hours. Before joining Blue Hawaiian, Kyu gained experience in Revenue Management at various Starwood properties.

Nadine Otani was born and raised on the island of Hawaii in the beautiful town of Waimea. She enjoyed growing up in a close knit family and has now lived the majority of her adult life on Maui.

The ultimate highlight of Nadine's career has been working with Blue Hawaiian for the past 17 years. She feels fortunate to have seen the company evolve into what it is today. Spending most of her career in office administration, she has recently branched out to specialize in Human Resources as a Generalist. Her passion in this role is building and maintaining relationships, representing shared company values and assisting employees across all levels of the organization.

Nadine enjoys spending time with her family and beloved dog Nora. She loves traveling to Asia and immersing herself its culture and beauty.

Eric Hamp is the Director of Operations and a Tour Pilot whose primary focus is Flight Operations. For the past 14 years he has worked as a Tour Pilot (5 years), the Director of Safety (4 years) and the Director of Operations (5 years). Eric began his aviation career in the US Army flying the CH-47 Chinook and participated in deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Prior to his military service, Eric taught History at the middle school level. Additionally, Eric manages customer experience and employee training at all Blue Hawaiian bases of Operations. Eric is a board member of the Tour Operators Program of Safety (TOPS), a member of the VAI safety committee and a member of the National Parks Overflight Advisory Group (NPOAG). In his spare time, Eric enjoys cross-fit, outrigger canoe paddling and family. He currently lives on the island of Maui and works out of Blue Hawaiian's Maui Base.

Alexa Hanohano is the Director of Safety and Compliance for Blue Hawaiian. In this capacity, she leads the organization responsible for setting, overseeing, and enforcing safety standards for all aspects of the business. In addition, she is also responsible to ensuring compliance with FAA requirements and regulations, overseeing, and executing the SMS Safety program and managing all contract administration. Alexa also oversees the Drug and Alcohol program for Blue Hawaiian as the DER.

Before joining Blue Hawaiian, Alexa was with Expedia Inc since 2000 holding several roles spending the last 11 years as the Senior Destination Manager. She led the Supply team in creating, managing and maintaining a supply portfolio of 450+ for the State of Hawaii negotiating and delivering favorable contractual and economic terms. Also managed an international portfolio of 300+ partners across Oceania for 8 years.

John Chicosky serves as the Director of Maintenance, leading a proficient team of Aircraft Technicians and Support staff. His primary duty involves guaranteeing the airworthiness of Blue Hawaiian's fleet while upholding the company's professional image. Managing a fleet of 22 Airbus Helicopters spread across 6 locations on 4 islands, John also supervises Blue's 145 Air Repair station. Under his guidance, Blue has achieved waste reduction and improved efficiencies through the implementation of a new Aircraft Inspection Program, utilization of previously untapped RAMCO functions, and integration of maintenance departments.​

Noah is the Chief Pilot at Blue Hawaiian Helicopters, responsible for hiring and training pilots while promoting a culture of safety. His commitment ensures a skilled and reliable crew.​

He completed flight school in 2002 and began his helicopter career in the Pacific Northwest, flying charters and conducting missions for the USGS. From 2005 to 2008, he worked for PHI on offshore oil support missions and served as a check airman.

In 2008, Noah joined Blue Hawaiian Helicopters, starting operations on the Big Island. He became Chief Pilot at Hawaii Helicopters in 2015 and returned to lead Blue Hawaiian in 2018, focusing on safety and excellence.

Noah lives on Maui with his wife and children, enjoying their small farm and outdoor activities like archery and exploring the coastline.
