Spectacular views. Great pilot. Learned a lot about the land. Very comfortable flight. Loved it!!!
Mark is an awesome pilot had a great time would recommend this company to everyone
What an awesome way to top off our trip to Honolulu; our pilot Kristy was brilliant and had us both laughing all the way round. Thoroughly professional set up from beginning to end. Can’t wait to come back and view some of the other islands from the air........... with Kristy again though.
Nice day for a helicopter flight over Oahu. Flew over Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach, East Coast, Kailua Ranch, China mans hat, water falls, North Shore, covered the whole island.
We had heard so much about this particular company and decided to take one of their 60 minute Island tours of Oahu. Had a great Pilot, Darrin. Ground crew was extremely nice. I understand that everything is by weight and the computer places you in a seat accordingly. But I must say that that the people who sit in the back row, in the middle...especially right over the pilots right shoulder get a bad seat. The most you see is the instrument panel. Good thing you can buy the video of the flight. People in front are in first class, people by rear windows are in business and the people in the middle are definitely in economy class! Not sure how this can be remedied..maybe after the flight give the "economy" class passengers something...a small discount, a T-shirt...something. Told the concierge at our hotel to warn people. Thinking we should have done a 3 person tour or a private one. Wish I could have given them 5 stars.
Went on a day that was colder, windy, rainy and overcast. Not the best day for this type of excursion. Flight crew gave us an out but we only had that day before we go home so we did it anyway. Informed us, because of the weather, that we wouldn't have time to land and take-off as scheduled and described in our options of the most expensive flight. It normally includes a pass over of the Haleakela volcano but not today because of the weather so it would be the same length of time but it would include Molokai instead and a little extra time check it out. Okay...let's just go because this is our only day to do it. Went through the briefing and safety video. All good. We're told that the smaller and lighter you are, the better chances of getting a front seat with the pilot. So you get a full panoramic view of everything. Didn't pay for the upgrade but was hopeful as the other 4 passengers on this flight were taller and/or heavier than us. The "computer" put the two of us in the back row right side of the helicopter. Not very balanced load as was my understanding for loading purposes. Oh well. The couple to our left were taller and heavier than us and we're pretty quiet throughout the flight. Nice couple...just wanted to take in the sights! The couple in front, turn out, we're friends of the pilot. They talked about having drinks before that trip and about getting together after the flight for drinks and partying. The pilot, Derek (sp?), did include everyone in his description of the sights and scenery, but his conversation focused on his friends in the front seat. The pointing out of the dash camera was for them. The angle of viewing was catered towards them. Derek was an excellent pilot, gave minimal opportunities to view from both sides of the chopper and only adequate inclusion of the conversation. Of the 80 minute tour, conversation with those in tha9e back seat was maybe 8 minutes total. Buddies in the front seat, 45 minutes, then 20 minutes of tour narative. Maybe 5-7 minutes of silence. Beautiful scenery and great flight. Just felt like we were the only single person out on a date with two other couples. While they talked and had fun, I just had to keep busy with myself. Derek seemed like a nice guy. Very talkative. Very professional and qualified to fly. Just forgot that we all paid a lot to get a tour for everyone on board, not just the friends in the front seat. Could have been an unforgettable experience. Really wanted to see the volcano because you can see beautiful tropical scenery anywhere tropical. But you can't see a volcano. Bad luck! Great for family or single. Chopper was newer and in great condition. Would definitely do this again but not with this pilot. Maybe even a different company.
Shea was an awesome pilot and guide !! Kauai is a beautiful island.
rick was awesome
My husband and I enjoyed the tour very much.
Flew with Rick, who did an awesome job. Weather got in the way for part of the trip but he made up for it with beautiful waterfalls. Great experience all around.
Rick was wonderful!
our pilot Hugo was just been extraordinary through the whole tour for first time in Hawaii experience he made our time special and the two lady on front desk Linda and Velma was amazing
My wife and me spent a few days in the Garden Island. This was the only tour we had booked in advanced and it was totally worth it. The whole experience is great. The island from the air is amazing and the pilot was very knowledgeable.
We did the island spectacular tour with Blue Hawaiian. We had flown with them in Maui as well and they were as outstanding again. The check in, lobby area, helicopters, pilots & staff are all top notch. They ensure you are safe, comfortable & enjoying your experience. Our pilot, Toshi was fabulous, he asked questions, pointed out amazing scenery, ensured we all got great pictures & was funny & personable. We saw flowing lava, steam vents, lava fields, the sun rise on the volcano, amazing rainforests, waterfalls & most of the beautiful island. Highly recommend!
Fantastic views of both Molokai and Maui that we wouldn't have seen otherwise. Jack was great and gave a ton of information and even circled around key spots to make sure everyone got their photos!
